Cruz Oliva Oils is the San Sebastián Oil Mill Company, S.A.
Founded in 1931, the company is dedicated to milling olives supplied by its members and producing oil (Virgin Olive Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil).
Since then, our expertise has been passed down from generation to generation, keeping alive the passion for the land and the respect for the olive grove.
The result is our superior quality extra virgin olive oils, authentic Spanish EVOO that stand out for their freshness, aroma, and purity.

Our olive oils
Our superior category Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) comes exclusively from the fruit of selected olive trees of the Olea Europaea species at their optimal moment of ripeness.
Picual variety
It is characterized by its intense, bitter and spicy flavor, very stable at high temperatures.
Cornezuela variety
It is characterized by its fruity, aromatic flavor and a medium spiciness.
Hojiblanca variety
Its main characteristic is its balance.
